Make a difference in Michigan’s
conservation efforts today!

We would love to have you as a member of the Michigan Association of Conservation Districts!

Your membership will support Conservation Districts as local providers of natural resource management services that help our citizens conserve their lands and protect our environment for a cleaner, healthier, economically stronger Michigan.

 

As a member you will help MACD to: 

  • Strengthen Michigan’s Conservation Districts through leadership, information, and representation. 

  • Provide communications and information, educational leadership development programs, marketing and environmental education to MACD members. 

  • Promote Michigan Conservation Districts as local providers of natural resource management services to citizens. 

  • Offer forums where issues of mutual concern can be discussed and solutions shared. 

  • Encourage land users to adopt conservation practices that protect soil, water, and related natural resources. 

  • Represent its members at the state level by working with legislators, cooperating agencies, and natural resource interest groups.

Memberships to MACD are in the following levels: 

  • Student Support $20

  • Individual Support $35

  •  Small / Non-profit Business Support $100

  • Corporate / Agency Support  $1000

The Michigan Association of Conservation Districts is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all monetary or property donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
