Kalkaska Conservation District is hosting "Forestry Carbon Credits, Are They Good For You?" on Friday, February 25th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. The location has not been determined yet, but it will be in the Cadillac area. This workshop will introduce the concept of forestry carbon credits. It will help landowners decide if carbon credits are right for them and their property, as well as introduce several, very different, carbon credit companies.
